Join us in Doha for an educational evening with internationally recognised lifestyle speaker and author Barbara O’Neill. This talk is designed to explore general concepts around health, lifestyle, and wellbeing, drawing on historical, observational, and traditional perspectives.
The evening will focus on how everyday habits, environment, and lifestyle choices are often discussed in relation to how the body functions as a whole, including the relationship between digestion, stress, and overall wellbeing.
Topics of Discussion
Topic 1: Lifestyle, Environment & Health Awareness
An overview of how factors such as daily habits, environment, stress, rest, and nutrition are commonly discussed in relation to long-term wellbeing. This session is intended to encourage reflection and personal awareness, not to provide medical guidance.
Topic 2: The Gut–Brain Relationship (Educational Overview)
A general discussion on how digestion, the nervous system, sleep, mood, and lifestyle are often described as interconnected in wellbeing conversations, with examples of supportive daily routines.
